Payment

We use an great online tool called GoCardless to process our payments, it is directly linked to the invoices we send you, so no need to enter an amount – once set up at the link above, it is all handled automatically.

It is not a typical direct debit, if your windows don’t get cleaned as scheduled – you won’t get charged and you can cancel at any time.

We have found that using the Direct Debit method makes the process so much simpler for us and our customers, meaning we can concentrate more on the service and less on worrying about transferring money after every clean, and the extra admin and room for error this involves.

Payment is made automatically 5 days after we have cleaned your property, if you’re 100% happy. We can vary the amount charged if you have opted for any extra services or if there is a first deep clean charge.

After we have cleaned your windows, GoCardless will notify you of the payment request, giving you a chance to raise any issues you may have.

Paying with GoCardless is fully secure and very simple to set up. Astro Clean Limited never have access to your bank details and you are fully protected under the direct debit guarantee, the same guarantee that keeps you safe when paying gas, electric and phone bills.

We can vary the amount that is charged on an ad hoc basis – so if you have opted to have any extra services on our visit, we will simply invoice you for these and you will be charged accordingly. Gocardless will always notify you of the amount requested by us.
